For payments issued on or after May 22, 2023, please contact Zelis Customer Support 877-828-8770 or ClientService@zelispayments.com.
Dear Users, starting January 9, 2026, you'll need to confirm your identity using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) after entering your password. This means that after entering your credentials, you will receive a verification link to your registered email address, which then needs to be clicked on to complete the verification, within the next 10 minutes, after which you will be logged in to the SSW website.
